Which virtual mailbox plan is best for me?

Is the personal mailbox plan for you? If these accurately describe your needs, you can get a starter plan for $19/month using our Beaverton, Oregon address.

It’s just me getting the mail. I don’t have multiple people receiving mail and there aren’t more than one version of the business name.

• When I think about how much mail I expect to get a month (not counting junk mail) I expect 50 items or fewer a month.

• The address is not that important to me. I just need my mail digitized and if my address is in Beaverton, Oregon, that’s fine with me.

Is the shared mailbox plan for you? If these statements accurately describe you, you can get a shared mailbox for $29/month. It also uses our Beaverton, Oregon address.

• I need five or fewer recipients. It’s me and my family or me and my business names.

• When I think about how much mail I expect to get a month (not counting junk mail) I expect 50 items or fewer a month.

• The address is not that important to me. I just need my mail digitized and if it’s in Beaverton, Oregon, that’s fine with me.

Startup founders, do you need a plan that’s a little more robust? The startup mailroom plan may fit your needs better if these statements are true:

• When I think about how much mail I expect to get a month (not counting junk mail) I expect 100 items or fewer a month.

• I may be a serial entrepreneur with a lot of business names I receive mail for. The idea of unlimited recipient names on my account appeals to me. 

• I have a specific city or state that I want a mailing address in and want to pick from a list of what’s available. 

If you’re a small or medium business that deals with a lot of paper, you might want our Business MailRoom plan, which costs $229/month.

• When I think about how much mail I expect to get a month (not counting junk mail) I expect 250 items or fewer a month.

• I have enough employees or enough businesses I receive mail for that I want an unlimited number of recipients. 

• I have a specific city or state that I want a mailing address in and want to pick from a list of what’s available. 

If none of these sound right for you because you don’t expect much mail at all, we have another option: Business addresses.

Business address plans give you an address, but are a pay-as-you-go option for recipients and mail received. At just $39 a month, the business address plan gives you an option if you just want an address for your marketing purposes or to register your business.

• The address is the only thing I care about. I don’t really think I will get mail, but I need a physical address to receive mail. 

• I expect my mail volume to be very low and I don’t mind paying a low fee for each mail item I receive.
