As we continue to grow under our parent company, LegalZoom, we wanted to introduce a handful of team members who are behind-the-scenes making Earth Class Mail one of the top virtual mailbox and virtual address providers. 

Joe Gorman, Customer Support Specialist

Joe is on our Customer Success team at Earth Class Mail and one of our longest-tenured employees, joining us in 2014. He helps our customers with various needs and runs the show at our Park Avenue office in New York City. Joe’s known as the resident ECM comedian–so if you catch him in a call or email, ask him for a joke.

What are a few goals you'd like to accomplish in life or while at ECM?

Be a home-owner, explore space, upload my consciousness into an immortal robot body.

What's your go-to productivity trick?

"Jazz in the Background" Playlist on Spotify has been a life-saver.

What are your hobbies outside of ECM?

I enjoy riding my bike and learning new languages by changing the dubbing on Netflix.

What's an interesting fact about yourself? 

Whenever someone says, "I know someone in New York," they are referring to me.

What are three items you'd take with you to a deserted island?

An inflatable raft, a week's worth of food, and the national best-selling book, How to Escape a Deserted Island with an Inflatable Raft and a Week's Worth of Food.

Mandy Kalish, Product Marketing Manager

Mandy is on our Marketing team at Earth Class Mail, joining us a little over three months ago. She handles go-to-market strategy and plans for all our mobile launches and assists with our web app launches. 

What are a few goals you'd like to accomplish in life or while at ECM?

I would love to get my marketing management certification. I’m still researching which is the best fit and most widely recognized! 

What's your go-to productivity trick?

I like to block time on my calendar to focus, then turn on my music and get to it!

What are your hobbies outside of ECM?

I love spending time with my kids, family, and friends! I enjoy playing games (all kinds), binge-watching TV shows, cooking/grilling, and horseback riding! 

What's an interesting fact about yourself?

I remember numbers and dates, like all of them. Even my bank account and routing numbers! 

What are three items you'd take with you to a deserted island?

Radio (can't live without my music), coffee, and my fiance Jason (otherwise it would be pretty boring)! 

Patryk Fajger, SEO Engineer

Patryk is on the Marketing team at Earth Class Mail, joining our team in Poland over eight months ago. He’s responsible for organic web traffic growth and managing keyword improvements through content and web pages.

What are a few goals you'd like to accomplish in life or while at ECM? 

At Earth Class Mail, I would like to continuously increase the visibility of the ECM website in Google Search Results and take our SEO to a level that none of our competitors have reached.

What's your go-to productivity trick?

Do work that you love, always look for new opportunities and solutions for problems, and diversify work - changing things up always helps!

What are your hobbies outside of ECM? 

Sports, for sure. The mountains excite me–so during the winter, I enjoy snowboarding, and during warmer months, I hike, bike, jog, and swim.

What's an interesting fact about yourself?

I can’t sing (at all).

What are three items you'd take with you to a deserted island?

Some food, water, and a speedboat :)

Michel Trad, Sales Development Representative

Michel is on the Sales team at Earth Class Mail, joining the team about a year ago. He speaks to various businesses and individuals daily, teaching them about digital mail and how a virtual mailbox can simplify their lives.

What are a few goals you'd like to accomplish in life or while at ECM?

While at ECM, I would love to see digital mail enter the mainstream.

What's your go-to productivity trick?

Coffee, music, repeat.

What are your hobbies outside of ECM?

Outside of ECM, I love spending time with friends, either at a bar or a coffee shop. For the last couple of years, I have been very much into running, hiking, and writing.

What's an interesting fact about yourself? 

An interesting (but disappointing) fact about myself is that I'm allergic to all seafood.

What are three items you'd take with you to a deserted island?

A lighter, a knife, and a water bottle.
